Intura Delivers Vision POS to Domino’s Pizza in India

ARLINGTON, Texas — April 24, 2006 — Intura Solutions, LP (Intura) a leading supplier of point-of-sale (POS) and management software for delivery and quick-service restaurant concepts, today announced the execution of an agreement with Domino’s Pizza India Ltd to provide the Intura Vision POS application to over 100 Domino’s Pizza locations in the Republic of India.

“Intura’s partnership with Domino’s Pizza India shows our continued excellence in offering the leading POS system for the delivery market,” said Gary W. Peek II, president of Intura.  “Intura’s global presence in over 40 countries ensures that Domino’s Pizza India has the features required to be successful in this competitive market.”

Intura Vision continues to provide a strong choice for international customers.  With features such as multiple currencies, multiple languages and an extensive selection of localization settings, Vision can be easily deployed in many countries without modification.

“We wanted to partner with a technology and point of sale provider with a good strategy for future growth, and who we felt would support the India market,” stated Satya Dev Adurti, chief of information technology for Jubilant Corporation, the group company of Domino’s Pizza India Ltd.  “Our expanding enterprise required that we find a partner who could supply a robust system allowing our executive team to efficiently manage the growth of organization.”

Domino’s Pizza India has been using a POS system developed in India, but began looking for a new solution last year.  Their search led them to Intura Vision because of its extensive features including marketing capabilities designed to increase repeat business and generate new customers.

“Intura Vision’s ease of use, flexibility and powerful management features provide the tools for our managers to make better decisions while operating a successful pizza delivery operation,” says Ajay Kaul, chief executive officer for Domino’s Pizza India Ltd.  “We look forward to improved service to our customers and increased revenues and profits for our company through the use of Vision.”

Domino’s Pizza India has been testing Intura Vision since January of 2006 when the first system was installed at a shopping center in New Delhi.  Its plan is to deploy the Vision system in all of their locations over the next several months.  Installation in new sites will occur as Domino’s Pizza India continues its rapid expansion in the region.
